how to get here


We're only a 2 hour drive north of Toronto, in Georgian Bay's 30,000 islands. Our 4 acre private island facility is approximately 20 minutes by boat from the mainland. For those coming by boat, the island number is B250 and can be located on the Small Craft Nautical Chart #2202 - Port Severn to Parry Sound, published by the Canadian Hydrographic Service.

From Toronto

  1. Follow Hwy 400 north
  2. North of Barrie, take Hwy 69 (now Hwy 400) towards Parry Sound
  3. Approximately 200 km north of Toronto you will see Muskoka 12 side road (12 Mile Bay Road) on the left—just after the site of the Old Woodsman Hotel. Follow this road all the way to Moose Deer Pt. Marina which offers supervised parking.
  4. From here, it's a 20 minute water taxi ride to Deerhorn Island in the Sans Souci area of Georgian Bay.

From Toronto (Pearson) International Airport

  1. Take Hwy 409 east to Hwy 401 east
  2. Follow Hwy 401 east to Hwy 400 north, then follow the directions above.
